What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Dollar Rent A Car Franchise Disclosure Document, 'Your Franchised Business' refers to a Dollar Business. A Dollar Business is a Vehicle Rental Business that provides vehicles for hire without a driver for 365 days or less. The FDD also states that the franchisor may refer to your Dollar Business as 'Your Franchised Business'. This definition is further clarified by the description of the 'System', which includes uniform methods for operations, accounting, customer procurement, advertising, insurance programs, and the style and character of equipment used.
