ITEM 12 TERRITORY
The Franchise Agreement grants to you the right to operate your Restaurant at a single location selected by you and approved by Dickey's. You will offer the approved products and services of the System only through your Restaurant. You do not have the right to use alternative channels of distribution (e.g., catalog sales, internet sales, etc.) in connection with offering the products and services of the System unless otherwise approved by Dickey's.
Your Restaurant will be located within a designated geographic area (the "Assigned Area") as described in the Franchise Agreement.
