We have complete and exclusive control over all Deka Lash logos, designs, and products.
You may not approach any manufacturers, vendors, or third parties regarding the design or production of any Deka Lash memorabilia or products.
You must provide the services and products associated with the deals.
You must actively participate in the daily affairs of the business.
You must operate the Franchised Business only from the site we approve.
You must sell approved products and provide approved services only at the Deka Lash studio you operate under a Franchise Agreement with us.
You agree not to use any marks that could be confused with our Marks.
We may replace, modify, or add to our Marks.
WHEREAS, you acknowledge that adherence to the terms of this Agreement, including our Operations Manual and other System standards and specifications, are essential to the operation of all Franchised Businesses and our System as a whole.
