What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deka Lash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the training topics, frequency, prices, required attendance, medium, and location of additional training programs are subject to change. These changes will be reflected in the Deka Lash Operations Manual as deemed necessary by Deka Lash.
This means that while Deka Lash offers optional training programs such as Eyelash Technician Training for $400 per person, and Manager Training, Master Lash Artist Training, and Studio Lash Trainer Training for $350 per person, these costs could increase or decrease over time. The specific content and format of the training can also be modified.
As a prospective franchisee, it is important to regularly review the Deka Lash Operations Manual for the most up-to-date information on training programs and associated costs. Franchisees are responsible for all expenses incurred to attend training, including training fees, travel, lodging, meals, and wages for themselves and their employees.
