r. The technology fee is to cover our costs associated with various platforms and support, including personnel expenses, to provide support to the franchise system. Additionally, you will be required to purchase a license for the Point-of-Sale software and other software subscriptions we require. If deemed necessary by us, we can change the technology fee once each calendar year with 30 days' notice to you.
- 4.13 Conventions. We may hold conventions for the franchisees that make up our franchise system. These conventions may be held at a different location each time. Your attendance at each convention is required.
