What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deka Lash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee, which ranges from $59,900, is due upon entering into the franchise agreement. This fee is paid to Deka Lash via wire or ACH transfer. This applies to franchisees acquiring one territory.
For those entering into an Area Development Agreement, which grants the right to open multiple Deka Lash franchises, an Area Development Fee is required. This fee, ranging from $97,900 to $334,900, is also due upon entering into the Area Development Agreement and is payable to Deka Lash via wire or ACH. The Area Development Fee covers the right to open two to ten franchised businesses within a specific Development Area, as well as the initial franchise fee for the first location.
