According to the 2024 Deka Lash Franchise Disclosure Document, Deka Lash maintains complete and exclusive control over all of its logos, designs, and products. As a franchisee, you cannot approach any manufacturers, vendors, or third parties regarding the design or production of any Deka Lash memorabilia or products.

Additionally, Deka Lash has the right to develop all media and marketing programs, whether internally or through outside vendors, and has the final decision on all promotions, creative concepts, and media. The Brand Development Fund supports the creation and execution of these materials.
