Will Deka Lash furnish a sample site layout plan to the franchisee?

According to the 2024 Deka Lash Franchise Disclosure Document, Deka Lash or their designee will furnish a sample site layout plan to the franchisee. However, the franchisee is required to have the site laid out by Deka Lash's approved furniture supplier and submit the layout for approval. Deka Lash will typically approve or disapprove the proposed layout within 14 days of submission.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to ensure the premises conform to all applicable ordinances, building codes, and licensing requirements. The franchisee is also responsible for obtaining all necessary permits. Once Deka Lash approves the layout, the franchisee must remodel the premises and install the furniture, fixtures, and equipment accordingly.

While Deka Lash provides a sample layout plan, franchisees must use Deka Lash's approved furniture supplier for the actual layout. This ensures that the studio design aligns with Deka Lash's brand standards. Franchisees should factor in the costs associated with using the approved supplier and any remodeling expenses when planning their initial investment.
