- 4.13 Conventions. We may hold conventions for the franchisees that make up our franchise system.
These conventions may be held at a different location each time.
Your attendance at each convention is required.
You will be charged a convention fee for you and your employees to attend conventions or conferences that we host, due as specified in our Operations Manual.
You are responsible for all expenses incurred in attending the conventions including travel, wages and lodging expenses for yourself and your employees.

According to the 2024 Deka Lash Franchise Disclosure Document, Deka Lash franchisees are required to attend conventions and will be charged a convention fee for themselves and their employees to attend. These conventions may be held at different locations each time.
