We have complete and exclusive control over all Deka Lash logos, designs, and products.
You may not approach any manufacturers, vendors, or third parties regarding the design or production of any Deka Lash memorabilia or products.
We have the right to develop all media and marketing programs (internally or through outside vendors), and have the final decision on all promotions, creative concepts, and media. We may add information about franchise opportunities to advertising and activities supported by the Brand Development Fee. We do not guarantee that you will benefit from the Brand Development Fund in proportion to your contributions.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
Based on the 2024 Deka Lash Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees do not have complete autonomy over advertising and marketing materials. Deka Lash retains control over its logos, designs, and products, and franchisees cannot approach third parties for the design or production of Deka Lash memorabilia or products.
