I acknowledge that I am exclusively responsible to locate and secure a franchise site and that it is my duty to investigate and adhere to the laws, rules and regulations (including the federal, state, city or locality laws or rules) applicable to owning and operating a Deka Lash facility.
It is your responsibility to conform the premises to federal, state or local ordinances, building codes, licensing requirements (including that required for a studio that offers our services) and obtain any required permits.

This ensures that the Deka Lash studio is legally compliant and safe to operate, protecting both the franchisee and their customers.
