What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deka Lash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for the food per diem costs associated with on-site Eyelash Technician training.
Specifically, for on-site Eyelash Technician training (excluding the initial training at the first location, which has a flat fee of $3,750), Deka Lash franchisees will be billed $400 per day per trainer. This charge applies for each full or partial day of training.
In addition to the daily trainer fee, franchisees must also cover the costs of training, including the trainer's travel, lodging, and a food per diem. Deka Lash retains the right to modify these training costs as they deem necessary.
