Where can I find the Receipt of the Deka Lash Disclosure Document?

According to the 2024 Deka Lash Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit N contains two copies of the Receipt of the Disclosure Document. This receipt serves as an acknowledgment that the prospective franchisee has received the FDD.

The receipt includes a section for the prospective franchisee to date and sign, confirming they received the disclosure document dated March 5, 2024, along with a list of exhibits.
