At this time, we do not require any of these additional training programs. This list is subject to change. See the Operations Manual for the complete list, current pricing and terms and conditions of all available trainings. Training topics, frequency, prices, required attendance, medium, and location (including online or in person) are subject to change (as reflected in the Operations Manual) as deemed necessary by us. You are responsible for all costs you or your employees incur to attend such training, including training fees, travel, lodging, meals, and wages.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Deka Lash Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not currently required to participate in any of the optional training programs. However, Deka Lash may change this policy in the future.
The FDD specifies that Deka Lash can modify training topics, frequency, prices, required attendance, medium, and location as deemed necessary. These changes will be reflected in the Operations Manual.
Franchisees are responsible for covering all costs associated with attending any training programs, including training fees, travel, lodging, meals, and wages for both themselves and their employees. Therefore, prospective franchisees should regularly consult the Operations Manual for the most up-to-date information on training requirements and associated costs.
