What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deka Lash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the cost for the Manager Training program is $350 per person. This fee covers the training itself, but franchisees should also budget for additional expenses.
Franchisees are responsible for covering travel, lodging, meals, and wages for themselves and their employees while attending training. These costs can vary significantly depending on the location of the training, the distance traveled, and the duration of the stay. It is important to factor in these additional expenses when planning for training.
While the initial onboarding fee covers the cost of two attendees for the initial training program, any additional attendees, including for the Manager Training, will incur the $350 per person charge. This applies to both the franchisee and any general or studio manager they intend to use, as their attendance is required to operate a Deka Lash franchise within six months of signing the franchise agreement. Franchisees should also be aware that training programs, including topics, frequency, prices, and locations, are subject to change as deemed necessary by Deka Lash.
