What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Deka Lash's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must obtain written approval from Deka Lash before purchasing space for their franchise. This requirement is in place before a franchisee signs a lease, sublets a space, or makes any binding commitment to do so.
Deka Lash's approval process ensures that the proposed location meets their standards and criteria, which are designed to maximize the potential for success. This protects both the franchisee and the brand by ensuring that new locations are viable and align with the company's overall strategy.
This requirement is a common practice in franchising, as it allows the franchisor to maintain consistency and quality across all locations. Prospective Deka Lash franchisees should factor this approval process into their timeline and budget, as it may take time to find a suitable location and obtain the necessary approvals.
