Under what conditions might Deer Solution require me or my Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training?

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deer Solution may require you or your Operating Manager to participate in supplemental on-site training if you are not meeting what Deer Solution believes to be System performance standards. This supplemental training would be provided on-site within your Operating Territory, at Deer Solution's discretion.

If Deer Solution requires you or your Operating Manager to participate in this supplemental on-site training, you will be responsible for paying the then-current supplemental training fee. As of the issuance date of the FDD, this fee is $500 per on-site trainer, per day. In addition to the training fee, you will also be responsible for covering the travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Deer Solution.
