What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deer Solution provides supplemental on-site training if a franchisee is not meeting system performance standards. The franchisee is responsible for paying a training fee of $500 per on-site trainer, per day, in addition to travel, meals, and accommodation expenses.
Deer Solution may also require franchisees and their Operating Managers to participate in supplemental on-site training at their discretion. The frequency and duration of this supplemental training is not specified in the document.
Deer Solution does not offer assistance with hiring or training employees, placing the responsibility on the franchisee to manage and supervise their staff. Franchisees must ensure employees wear proper uniforms and that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared and maintained according to System standards and manuals.
While the FDD mentions initial training and potential system-wide training, it does not specify the exact number of on-the-job training hours a Deer Solution franchisee will receive. A prospective franchisee should inquire with Deer Solution about the typical duration and content of on-the-job training opportunities.
