What System Supplies must a Deer Solution franchisee utilize?

"System Supplies" refers to and means the equipment and supplies designated by Franchisor as required for use in connection with Franchisee's Deer Solution Business and the Approved Services and Products. Without limitation to the foregoing, the System Supplies shall include Deer Solution branded, non-branded and third party branded equipment and supplies designated by Franchisor for use in the day-to-day operations of Franchisees Deer Solution Business including, among other things: equipment, deer repellent, materials, uniforms, stationary, sales slips, receipts, customer notices and other forms and materials, designated by Franchisor in the Operations Manual and/or otherwise in writing and, as may be modified and supplemented by Franchisor from time to time in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment. System Supplies shall further include those products that Franchisor authorizes for sale to customers of Franchisee's Deer Solution Business.

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, "System Supplies" are defined as the equipment and supplies that Deer Solution designates as required for the operation of the franchisee's Deer Solution business and the provision of approved services and products. These supplies include Deer Solution branded, non-branded, and third-party branded items.
Specifically, the System Supplies encompass a range of items necessary for the day-to-day operations of the Deer Solution business. These include equipment, deer repellent, materials, uniforms, stationary, sales slips, receipts, customer notices, and other forms and materials. These items are designated by Deer Solution in the Operations Manual or in writing, and may be modified or supplemented over time based on Deer Solution's reasonable business judgment.
In addition to the operational supplies, System Supplies also include products that Deer Solution authorizes for sale to customers of the Deer Solution business. The Deer Solution franchisee must exclusively use, maintain, and stock these System Supplies in the quantities designated by Deer Solution. Furthermore, the franchisee is required to purchase these System Supplies exclusively from the suppliers and vendors approved and designated by Deer Solution.
