4.C. OPERATIONS MANUAL

Franchisor shall provide Franchisee with access to the Operations Manual. The Operations Manual contains, as designated and determined by Franchisor, mandatory and, as applicable, suggested specifications, standards, and operating procedures that Franchisor prescribes for Deer Solution Businesses.
