Franchisee shall keep and maintain the confidentiality of the Operations Manual and shall keep and maintain all files, data and information contained in the Operations Manual in a secure location and/or in a protected confidential state and, as otherwise directed by Franchisor.
- (3) Permanently cease to use, in any manner: (a) the System including, without limitation, the Confidential Information, the Licensed Marks, the Business Management System Data, and the Operations Manual

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must maintain the confidentiality of the Operations Manual and all files, data, and information contained within it, keeping them in a secure location and/or a protected confidential state, as directed by Deer Solution. The Business Management System Data is considered confidential information. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must cease using the Business Management System Data.

Franchisees will be notified of these changes, potentially through electronic communications or an online platform. The master copy of the Operations Manual is maintained by Deer Solution. These measures ensure that sensitive business information remains secure and that franchisees adhere to consistent operational standards.
