What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for ensuring that all employees and owners complete the required training programs to the franchisor's satisfaction. This includes the initial training and any ongoing training deemed necessary by Deer Solution.
This means that as a Deer Solution franchisee, you must ensure that you and your staff meet Deer Solution's training standards to offer approved services and products. This obligation extends throughout the term of the franchise agreement. The franchisee must confirm that all personnel involved in providing Deer Solution's services have successfully completed the necessary training.
Deer Solution sets the standards, specifications, and requirements for the services and products offered. The franchisee is responsible for adhering to these standards and ensuring their team is adequately trained. The Operations Manual, which may be updated, outlines these standards, and it is the franchisee's responsibility to stay current with any changes.
Failure to ensure proper training could result in not meeting Deer Solution's standards, which could lead to operational issues or potential breaches of the franchise agreement. Therefore, franchisees need to budget time and resources for ongoing training and development of their staff.
