Does Deer Solution provide franchisees with access to approved marketing campaigns?

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deer Solution will make available and provide franchisees with access to their approved marketing campaigns, media, and messaging that may be used by the franchisee. When Deer Solution provides access to their marketing campaigns, they will provide the source designs, copy, and design specifications. However, the franchisee will incur the direct costs associated with customizing, duplicating, and using such marketing campaigns and in having them printed, distributed and/or placed with media sources.

All advertising, marketing materials and mediums used by the franchisee must be pre-approved by Deer Solution in writing and conform to their standards. Franchisees may only utilize those advertising and marketing materials and mediums that Deer Solution designates and approves in writing. Deer Solution may make available to franchisees approved marketing templates comprised of pre-approved ads, ad copy and digital media that franchisees may utilize at their own expense. If a franchisee wishes to utilize marketing materials and/or marketing mediums that are not currently approved by Deer Solution in writing, they may submit a written request requesting permission, and Deer Solution will approve or disapprove of the request within 15 days of the submission of the written request and sample marketing materials.

Franchisees are not authorized to engage in any marketing unless it is pre-approved by Deer Solution. On an on-going annual basis, franchisees must spend not less than $10,000 per Territory per year on the local marketing of their Deer Solution Business to customers located within their Operating Territory and in accordance with Deer Solution's standards and specifications. Deer Solution, at their option, may require franchisees to pay this amount to them or their affiliate to conduct the local marketing for the Franchised Business. Deer Solution will review the franchisee's local marketing programs and notify them if they approve them. All digital media and marketing must be approved by Deer Solution.
