Does Deer Solution provide assistance with the hiring and training of a franchisee's employees?

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deer Solution does not provide assistance with the hiring and training of a franchisee's employees. The franchisee is directly responsible for the management and supervision of their employees.

However, Deer Solution does specify that for the protection of the System, franchisees must ensure that all employees wear and maintain the proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals.

While Deer Solution does not assist with the direct hiring and training of employees, they do provide initial training for the franchisee or their Managing Owner, plus one designated manager. This initial training program is designed to equip the franchisee and their manager with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate the Deer Solution business according to the franchisor's standards. The franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to their attendance and completion of training.
