Does Deer Solution provide assistance with the hiring and training of my employees?

According to the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, Deer Solution does not provide assistance with the hiring and training of franchisee employees. The FDD states that franchisees are directly responsible for the management and supervision of their employees. However, Deer Solution does require that franchisees ensure their employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with approved System branded apparel. Franchisees must also monitor and ensure that all System Supplies and Approved Services and Products are prepared, maintained, and served in accordance with the System standards and Manuals.

While Deer Solution does not assist with the direct hiring and training of employees, they do offer an initial training program for the franchisee or managing owner, plus one designated manager. If more than two individuals attend initial training, the franchisee will be charged an additional fee per additional person. The initial training program takes place over approximately one week.

Franchisees may also be required to participate in supplemental on-site training at Deer Solution's discretion. If a franchisee is not meeting System performance standards, Deer Solution may provide supplemental on-site training within the Operating Territory. The franchisee is responsible for paying a supplemental training fee, which is currently $500 per on-site trainer, per day, plus travel expenses, meals, and accommodation expenses incurred by Deer Solution.
