What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Deer Solution does not provide assistance in delivering or installing signs, equipment, furniture, or fixtures. However, Deer Solution will provide a list of approved signage, equipment, furniture, and fixtures, to the extent that they have designated them, either as part of the Manuals or otherwise in writing. Deer Solution will also review and approve, in their discretion, a franchisee's proposed signage, equipment, furniture, and fixtures.

This means that while Deer Solution offers guidance on what types of items are acceptable for use in the business, the franchisee is responsible for the logistics and physical setup of these items. This is a fairly common arrangement in franchising, where the franchisor sets brand standards but the franchisee manages the practical implementation.

As a prospective franchisee, it would be prudent to inquire about the typical costs associated with sourcing and installing these items. Understanding these costs upfront will help in accurately budgeting for the initial investment and ongoing operational expenses of the Deer Solution franchise.
