What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Deer Solution FDD, prior to attending the initial training program, franchisees are expected to complete certain pre-opening activities. These activities include procuring any local licenses, ordering service vehicles, and hiring a general manager, if applicable. Completing these steps ensures that franchisees are prepared to begin operations immediately following the training.

Deer Solution's initial training program is designed to equip franchisees with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully launch and manage their business. The training must be completed no later than 30 days before the scheduled opening of the Deer Solution Business. Ideally, franchisees will attend training within three to five weeks of their business launch. The initial training program takes place over approximately one week.

Franchisees must also secure an Administrative Office location that meets Deer Solution's approval within 60 days of signing the Franchise Agreement. Failure to secure an approved location within this timeframe may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement without a refund of any fees, if the default is not cured within 30 days of notice from Deer Solution. Franchisees cannot open their Deer Solution Business until they have completed the initial training requirements, obtained the necessary licensing and authorization, provided written proof of the required insurance, and secured an approved Administrative Office location.
