Management System Data; (h) Know-How; (i) Confidential Information; and (j) Digital Media. All determinations as to the system including components to the system and modifications and replacements thereto shall be determined by Franchisor in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment.

The FDD also defines several key terms related to the System, such as "System Supplies," which include equipment and supplies designated by Deer Solution, and "System Website," which refers to the website located at www.deersolution.com. Deer Solution also determines the number of "Targeted Households" within a franchisee's operating territory based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau or other reliable sources. As a franchisee, you are obligated to follow Deer Solution's standards, specifications, and requirements, as outlined in the Operations Manual, which Deer Solution can modify and supplement over time.
