What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, participation in the Professional Referral Program is mandatory for all franchisees. As part of this program, professionals such as landscapers, pest control services, and gardening services may refer leads within the franchisee's operating territory to their Deer Solution business.

Franchisees participating in the Professional Referral Program are required to pay a Professional Referral Fee, which is 10% of ongoing Gross Sales generated from the referred lead. Deer Solution will handle the calculation, collection, and payment of the commission to the referring professional.

This mandatory program means that franchisees must allocate a portion of their revenue from referred leads to compensate the referring professionals. While this may reduce the profit margin on those specific sales, it also provides a structured system for lead generation. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential impact of this fee on their overall profitability and factor it into their financial projections. Understanding how Deer Solution manages and oversees this program is also crucial to ensure fair and transparent commission payments.
