When are the Management Service Fees payable to Deer Solution?

According to the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, the circumstances under which Deer Solution may charge a Management Service Fee arise if the franchisee is unable to manage the Deer Solution business due to death or disability.

If the franchisee is an individual, their representative must appoint a manager within 30 days of the death or disability. This manager must qualify as an Operating Manager and complete the required training within 60 days of appointment. If a suitable manager is not appointed within the 30-day timeframe, Deer Solution is authorized to appoint a manager to maintain the business on behalf of the franchisee until an approved Operating Manager can take over.

Deer Solution has the right to charge a Management Service Fee for these management services and can cease providing these services at any time.
