If I use Deer Solution's designated or approved suppliers, will I receive any material benefits?

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will not receive any material benefits for using Deer Solution's designated or approved suppliers. While Deer Solution may negotiate purchase agreements with designated suppliers, there are currently no purchase or supply agreements in effect. Additionally, there are no purchasing or distribution cooperatives that franchisees must join.

Deer Solution does receive compensation from suppliers based on franchisee purchases and reserves the right to institute and expand rebate programs in the future. During the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, Deer Solution did not earn any revenue from approved suppliers based on franchisees' purchases. However, affiliates of Deer Solution did earn revenue from franchisee purchases. APS Innovates, LLC earned $43,481.73, Two Knights Media, Inc. earned $98,983.89, and VIP Rewards Center, LLC earned $9,621.22 during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024.

Deer Solution estimates that purchases from approved suppliers will represent approximately 80% of the total purchases and leases in establishing the Franchised Business and approximately 40% of the ongoing operating expenses. Franchisees are required to purchase or lease certain goods and services from Deer Solution or its designated suppliers, including system supplies, branded items and marketing materials, a business management system and computer equipment, credit card processing services, sales and support center services, service vehicles, and insurance.

If a franchisee wants to use a supplier that has not been approved, they must submit a written request for approval, which may include a supplier review and testing fee, samples for testing, and inspection of the supplier's facilities. Deer Solution will notify the franchisee of its decision within 60 days and may withhold approval at its discretion.
