What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the Business Management System designated by the franchisor. The FDD defines the Business Management System as the software, internet, web-based, cloud-based, point of sale, and customer relationship management systems that Deer Solution requires franchisees to use for day-to-day sales, ordering, operations, and management of the franchised business.

This means that as a Deer Solution franchisee, you will not have a choice in the software or systems you use to manage your business. Deer Solution maintains the right to determine the components, modifications, and replacements to the system.

This requirement ensures uniformity across all Deer Solution franchises, potentially streamlining operations and data collection for the franchisor. However, it also means franchisees must adopt and learn the specific systems mandated by Deer Solution, and bear any associated costs for hardware, software licenses, or support.
