Deer_Solution Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You must deposit the Gross Sales of your Deer Solution Business into the designated bank accounts that are subject to our ACH authorization. You must install and use, at your expense, the pre-authorized payment, business management system, credit card processing, automatic payment, automated banking, electronic debit and/or electronic funds transfer systems that we designate and require in the operation of your Deer Solution Business. You must pay all service charges and fees charged to you by your bank so that we may electronically debit your bank account. We may, at our election,
directly collect the Gross Sales of your Dee Solution Business and we will pre-deduct all of the fees and payments due to us, our affiliates, or our designated supplies, and we will remit the balance to you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to deposit the Gross Sales of their Deer Solution business into designated bank accounts that are subject to ACH authorization. This means Deer Solution is authorized to electronically debit these accounts for fees.
Deer Solution franchisees must install and use pre-authorized payment, business management, credit card processing, automatic payment, automated banking, electronic debit, and/or electronic funds transfer systems that Deer Solution designates. Franchisees are also responsible for paying all service charges and fees charged by their bank for these electronic debits.
Deer Solution retains the option to directly collect the Gross Sales from the customer and pre-deduct all fees and payments due to them, their affiliates, or their designated suppliers, remitting the balance to the franchisee. This gives Deer Solution significant control over the revenue stream and ensures prompt payment of fees. This practice is not uncommon in franchising, as it allows franchisors to maintain consistent brand standards and collect royalties efficiently.
