What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to operate their Deer Solution business in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Failure to do so can have significant repercussions, especially if the violation poses a threat to public health or safety.

Specifically, intentionally, knowingly, or negligently operating the franchised business in violation of applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and thereby creating a foreseeable, imminent, and/or immediate threat to the health and safety of others, constitutes a non-curable default. This means that Deer Solution can terminate the franchise agreement without allowing the franchisee an opportunity to correct the violation.

This requirement underscores the importance of franchisees maintaining a thorough understanding of and adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider their ability to comply with these obligations and seek legal counsel if necessary to ensure they fully understand the scope of their responsibilities.
