You may enter into a Franchise Agreement in the form attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit E to develop and operate your Deer Solution Business within a designated operating territory and in conformity with the requirements of our System. At the time of signing the Franchise Agreement we will designate a geographic area comprising your operating territory. Your right to use the System will be limited to offering and providing our Approved Services and Products within your operating territory using only
our System Supplies, the Licensed Marks and the specifications and requirements set forth in our Manuals and as otherwise constituting a part of our System.

This affiliate provides software, media development, marketing management, website design, SEO, and Sales and Support Center services to franchisees. This affiliate also supports Deer Solution Franchising LLC, Terrace Up Franchising, Inc., and TriOrganics Franchising, LLC and their franchisees. This affiliate has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must operate their Deer Solution business in accordance with the requirements of the Deer Solution System. This includes offering and providing only the Approved Services and Products within their designated operating territory. Franchisees are limited to using only System Supplies and Licensed Marks, and must adhere to the specifications and requirements outlined in the Deer Solution manuals.
Deer Solution franchisees are required to purchase System Supplies from Deer Solution, its affiliates, or designated approved suppliers. They must also operate their Deer Solution business in accordance with the specifications, procedures, criteria, and requirements designated in the confidential operations manual and other proprietary manuals, which may be supplemented and modified from time to time.
Deer Solution also requires franchisees to prominently display the Licensed Marks, Approved Services and Products, and System Supplies. Franchisees may operate their Deer Solution Business from a home-based administrative office if permitted by law. However, as the business grows, Deer Solution expects franchisees to lease a non-retail commercial facility to support back-end operations, including parking service vehicles, maintaining supplies, managing employees, and staging service visits. Franchisees may only offer and provide the Approved Services and Products on-site at customer locations within their designated operating territory.
