According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can indeed violate the Franchise Agreement. The document outlines several scenarios that constitute a breach of the agreement. These include failing to meet operational requirements detailed in Deer Solution's manuals, not adhering to federal, state, and local laws (particularly if it endangers public health or safety), neglecting to maintain required insurance coverage, and failing to comply with Deer Solution's standards and systems.
