What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for ensuring their employees wear approved uniforms. Specifically, franchisees must ensure that all employees wear and maintain proper uniforms with the Deer Solution's approved System branded apparel. These uniforms are considered System Supplies. This requirement is in place for the protection of the Deer Solution System.

This means that as a Deer Solution franchisee, you must actively monitor and enforce the uniform policy among your employees. You will likely need to purchase these approved uniforms and branded apparel from approved vendors to comply with the franchisor's standards.

Failing to ensure your employees wear the correct uniforms could be considered a breach of the franchise agreement and could potentially lead to penalties or termination of the agreement if not corrected. Therefore, it is crucial to understand and adhere to the specific uniform requirements outlined in the operations manual and any updates provided by Deer Solution.
