Our affiliate Cranberry IP, LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company established on December 30, 2021. This affiliate maintains a principal business address at 1 Gatehall Drive, Suite 300, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054. This affiliate is the owner of the Licensed Marks. You will not directly conduct business with this affiliate. This affiliate has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business.
