Management System Data; (h) Know-How; (i) Confidential Information; and (j) Digital Media. All determinations as to the system including components to the system and modifications and replacements thereto shall be determined by Franchisor in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment.
"System Supplies" refers to and means the equipment and supplies designated by Franchisor as required for use in connection with Franchisee's Deer Solution Business and the Approved Services and Products. Without limitation to the foregoing, the System Supplies shall include Deer Solution branded, non-branded and third party branded equipment and supplies designated by Franchisor for use in the day-to-day operations of Franchisees Deer Solution Business including, among other things: equipment, deer repellent, materials, uniforms, stationary, sales slips, receipts, customer notices and other forms and materials, designated by Franchisor in the Operations Manual and/or otherwise in writing and, as may be modified and supplemented by Franchisor from time to time in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment. System Supplies shall further include those products that Franchisor authorizes for sale to customers of Franchisee's Deer Solution Business.
"System Website" refers to and means the web page and pages located on the world wide web at the www.deersolution.com domain and shall further include all webpages and subdomains including, those that are franchisee and/or geography specific, that are a part of www.deersolution.com, or as designated by Franchisor being associated with the URL of www.deersolution.com and/or Deer Solution Businesses.
"Targeted Household" refers to and means a single-family dwelling that is occupied by individuals or families that have an annual household income of at least $125,000.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use only approved System Supplies. System Supplies include equipment and supplies designated by Deer Solution for use in the franchisee's Deer Solution business. These supplies include both Deer Solution branded and third-party branded equipment and supplies. These are designated for the day-to-day operations of the Deer Solution business, including equipment, deer repellent, materials, uniforms, stationary, sales slips, receipts, customer notices, and other forms and materials. These System Supplies are designated in the Operations Manual or in writing and may be modified or supplemented by Deer Solution.
Deer Solution franchisees must exclusively use, maintain, and stock the System Supplies in the quantities designated by Deer Solution. They must also exclusively purchase these System Supplies from the suppliers and vendors approved and designated by Deer Solution.
Franchisees must also conspicuously identify themselves as the owner of a Deer Solution franchise at the premises of the franchised business and in all dealings with customers, lessors, contractors, suppliers, public officials, and others. Franchisees must place notices of independent ownership on signs, forms, stationery, advertising, and other materials as Deer Solution requires. This ensures consistent branding and customer experience across all Deer Solution franchise locations.
