What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, the definition of "Franchisee's Administrative Office" can be found in Item 23, which defines it as the administrative office from which the franchisee manages their franchised Deer Solution business. Item 3.C further stipulates that the Deer Solution Business must be operated from an approved Administrative Office located within the Operating Territory.
Item 2.2 within the Table of Contents of the Operations Manual refers to the "Office Site Selection Process", with subsections including "Site Selection Criteria" and "Office Approval". This suggests that the Operations Manual provides guidelines and requirements for selecting and obtaining approval for the administrative office location.
Item 23 also states that if a franchisee transfers their Deer Solution business, they must modify their former administrative office to remove any branding and features that identify it as a Deer Solution business, unless the authorized transferee continues to operate the Deer Solution Business at the same Administrative Office. This includes removing signs, trade dress, and emblems associated with the Deer Solution system to prevent public confusion.
