"System Supplies" refers to and means the equipment and supplies designated by Franchisor as required for use in connection with Franchisee's Deer Solution Business and the Approved Services and Products. As a franchisee, it is crucial to adhere to the franchisor's designated system supplies and to purchase them from approved suppliers. Franchisees must exclusively use, maintain, and stock these system supplies in the quantities specified by Deer Solution. This ensures consistency and quality across all Deer Solution franchise locations, maintaining brand standards and operational efficiency. Upon termination of the franchise agreement, the franchisee must cease using system supplies, including communicating with or ordering from Deer Solution's designated suppliers and vendors.
