Deer_Solution Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Within 60 days of signing your Franchise Agreement you must secure an Administrative Office location that we approve. If you do not meet this requirement for any reason, including our disapproval of a proposed Administrative Office location and/or your failure to find a suitable Administrative Office location that we approve during the 60 day period, we may terminate your Franchise Agreement without refunding any fees to you if you do not cure this default within 30 days of notice from us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee has 60 days from the date of signing the Franchise Agreement to secure an approved Administrative Office location. This location is subject to Deer Solution's approval, and the franchisor will respond to a proposed location request within 30 days of receiving all necessary information and documentation.
If a franchisee fails to secure an approved location within the 60-day period, Deer Solution has the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement. However, the franchisee will have an opportunity to cure this default within 30 days of receiving notice from Deer Solution. If the franchisee does not cure the default within this 30-day period, Deer Solution may terminate the agreement without refunding any fees.
This requirement is a critical step in the opening process, as a franchisee cannot commence business operations until an approved Administrative Office location is secured. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider the site selection guidelines provided by Deer Solution and act promptly to identify and secure a suitable location within the stipulated timeframe to avoid potential termination of the agreement and loss of fees.
