- Initial Training for Replacement Operating Managers Your Operating Manager must complete, to our satisfaction, our initial training program. We will offer and make available to your replacement Operating Manager our initial training program which must be completed to our satisfaction. The initial training program will be provided by us at the facilities that we designate that, presently, is comprised of our Deer Solution Business located in Parsippany, New Jersey and at the certified training Deer Solution Business that we designate in New Jersey or virtually as designated by us. You will be required to pay our then current supplemental training fee for replacement Operating Manager, which is currently $500, per manager, per day for each replacement manager attending our initial training. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is conducted at the Deer Solution Business location in Parsippany, New Jersey, or at a certified training Deer Solution Business in New Jersey, or virtually as designated by Deer Solution.
For franchisees and their managing owner or general manager, Deer Solution provides initial training. The franchisee is responsible for covering travel expenses and employee wages while attending the training. The initial training program lasts approximately one week. Deer Solution schedules training sessions four to six times a year, roughly every eight to twelve weeks.
If an operating manager needs to be replaced, Deer Solution offers an initial training program for the replacement. The franchisee is required to pay a supplemental training fee for the replacement operating manager, which is currently $500 per manager per day. This fee does not include travel, meals, and accommodation expenses.
