anchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment, and based upon the fees and/or expenses incurred by Franchisor in connection with the evaluation of a request by Franchisee for Franchisor's consideration and/or review of a potential supplier. Under no circumstance is Franchisor required to approve of suppliers requested by Franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor has the authority to determine the standards and specifications for the Deer Solution System. This includes all components of the system, as well as any modifications or replacements. These determinations are made by Deer Solution in its reasonable business judgment.
The Deer Solution Operations Manual contains mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, and operating procedures that Deer Solution prescribes for its businesses. Franchisees must operate their franchised business in strict accordance with the standards, specifications, and requirements set forth in the Operations Manual. This includes, but is not limited to, the approved services and products, system supplies, and authorized and designated suppliers. These standards, specifications, and requirements are those in effect as of the effective date of the Franchise Agreement, and as they may be supplemented, modified, changed, and/or replaced in the future by Deer Solution in its reasonable business judgment.
Deer Solution will provide franchisees with access to the Operations Manual and will provide reasonable notice of any modifications or changes made to it. This notice may be in the form of electronic communications, such as emails, or notifications within an online web-based platform. Deer Solution will also provide franchisees with a reasonable period of time, as determined by Deer Solution in its reasonable business judgment, to implement changes and modifications to the Operations Manual. Franchisees may only offer and sell the approved services and products and utilize the system supplies as designated by Deer Solution in the Operations Manual and in accordance with the terms, specifications, and requirements set forth in the Operations Manual.
