the cost of transportation, lodging, meals and any salaries and other wages.
- (3) Franchisee shall pay all costs and expenses incurred by Franchisee and, those attending training on behalf of Franchisee, in connection with Franchisee's participation in all Training Programs and, satisfaction of Franchisee's Training Program obligations as designated by Franchisor.
- (4) Subject to Franchisor's approval and agreement, Franchisor may offer supplemental training to Franchisee at Franchisee's Administrative Office, within Franchisee's Operating Territory or, as elected by Franchisor, remotely through online web based conferencing (hereinafter referred to as "Supplemental Training"). Franchisor, in Franchisor's Reasonable Business Judgment, reserves the right to reject or approve of any request by Franchisee for Supplemental Training. If Franchisor does agree to offer and provide Supplemental Training, Franchisee shall pay to Franchisor a supplemental training fee at the rate of $500 per trainer per day plus, if applicable, reimbursement of travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by Franchisor (the "Supplemental Training Fee"). What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be offered supplemental training at their administrative office, within their operating territory, or remotely through online web-based conferencing. This supplemental training is subject to Deer Solution's approval.
If Deer Solution agrees to provide supplemental training, the franchisee must pay a supplemental training fee. This fee is $500 per trainer per day.
In addition to the daily trainer fee, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Deer Solution for travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by the trainer, if applicable. Deer Solution may also require a franchisee or their operating manager to participate in supplemental training if the franchisee hires a new operating manager or if Deer Solution determines that the franchisee is not meeting operational standards.
