Our current training program is to be attended by you, or if you are a Corporate Entity, your Managing Owner and one operating manager at our corporate training facility located in Parsippany, New Jersey or virtually as designated by us.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the corporate training facility is located in Parsippany, New Jersey. The initial training program is to be attended by the franchisee, or if the franchisee is a corporate entity, their Managing Owner and one operating manager. Deer Solution may also designate virtual training.
Replacement operating managers also must complete the initial training program to Deer Solution's satisfaction. This training will be provided at facilities designated by Deer Solution, which currently include the Deer Solution Business in Parsippany, New Jersey, or at a certified training Deer Solution Business that Deer Solution designates in New Jersey. Virtual training may also be designated by Deer Solution.
After opening a Deer Solution Business, franchisees (or their Managing Owner if a corporation) may be required to attend a system-wide training program that Deer Solution may establish. If established, this program will be offered from Deer Solution's affiliate-owned Deer Solution Business in Parsippany, New Jersey. Franchisees are responsible for all travel, lodging, food, automobile rental expenses, and employee wages incurred while attending. Deer Solution will not require attendance at a System-Wide Training Program for more than five days in any calendar year.
