Where does Deer Solution conduct the 'Personnel' training, and is there an option for virtual training?

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training takes place at their corporate training facility in Parsippany, New Jersey, or virtually, as designated by them. This training is for the franchisee, or if the franchisee is a corporation, the Managing Owner, and one operating manager.

Deer Solution requires that the franchisee, or the Managing Owner of a corporate entity, and a designated manager must successfully complete the initial training program no less than 30 days before the Deer Solution Business opens. Ideally, training should be attended within three to five weeks of the business launch. The initial training program lasts approximately one week.

If more than two individuals attend initial training, Deer Solution will charge an additional fee per person. While the initial training is provided at no additional charge for the franchisee (or Managing Owner) and one manager, the franchisee is responsible for all travel expenses and employee wages related to attending and completing the training. At least one owner/operating manager must attend the initial training, which is scheduled four to six times a year, approximately every eight to 12 weeks.

For replacement operating managers, Deer Solution offers its initial training program at its designated facilities, which include the Deer Solution Business in Parsippany, New Jersey, a certified training Deer Solution Business in New Jersey, or virtually, as designated by them. The franchisee must pay the then-current supplemental training fee for the replacement Operating Manager, which is currently $500 per manager per day for each replacement manager attending the initial training.
