What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Deer Solution Franchise Disclosure Document, the brand standards requirements for employee knowledge do not explicitly extend to employment or joint employment policies. However, the FDD does state that the franchisee must ensure that all employees and owners have completed the training programs required by Deer Solution to the franchisor's satisfaction.

While the FDD does not specify that Deer Solution dictates employment or joint employment policies, it does state that the Deer Solution business must be operated in accordance with the franchisor's standards, specifications, criteria, and requirements as set forth in the Operations Manual. The Operations Manual may be modified and supplemented from time to time by Deer Solution in its reasonable business judgment.

Prospective franchisees should inquire with Deer Solution about the extent to which the Operations Manual or other directives may influence or set requirements related to employment policies. Understanding the scope of required training and any influence on employment policies is crucial for compliance and operational success.
