What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Owners and Spouses of a Deer Solution franchisee must execute and deliver the "Franchise Owner and Spouse Agreement and Guaranty" to the Franchisor. This agreement is in the form attached to the Franchise Agreement as Exhibit 1.
The Franchise Owner and Spouse Agreement and Guaranty is entered into by the owner of the franchisee or the spouse of the owner. It is made in favor of Deer Solution Franchising LLC, including its successors and assigns. The agreement acknowledges that Deer Solution has developed a distinctive system for providing deer repellent services and products under licensed marks.
