Note 2: Construction and Leasehold Improvements – The Approved Services and Products may only be offered and provided on-site, at customer homes. If permitted by law, your Administrative Office may be located within your home. We do not have any specific requirements as to any leasehold interests and/or improvements related to your Administrative Office. Your Administrative Office must not be accessible to the public or to your customer.

Note 3: Lease Deposits – Three Months – If you elect to maintain an Administrative Office outside of your home, it must be located in a facility and/or office that is not accessible to customers or open to the public. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Deer Solution's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the administrative office for a Deer Solution franchise can be located either within the franchisee's home, if permitted by law, or in a commercial office facility, such as a lower-rent shared office suite.

Deer Solution does not have specific requirements for leasehold interests or improvements related to the administrative office. However, the administrative office must not be accessible to the public or to customers. If the franchisee chooses to maintain an administrative office outside of their home, it must be in a facility that is not accessible to customers or open to the public.

The estimated initial investment table in Item 7 includes costs for construction and leasehold improvements, with an estimated range of $0 to $2,000, and lease deposits for three months, with an estimated range of $0 to $900. These costs would be incurred if a franchisee chooses to lease an office space rather than operate from home. The table also includes an estimate for furniture and fixtures ranging from $0 to $2,000, which would cover items needed for either a home office or a leased office space.
